Local trainers, who were trained at the BERCEN regional training programmes "Train the Trainer" 1 and 2, carried out in-country training programmes mainly on IPPC Directive (96/61/EC) and Minimum Criteria for Environmental Inspections (2001/331/EC) in the period of autumn-winter 2003.
