Welcome to the 'Transboundary Cooperation through the
Management of Shared Natural Resources - REReP 4.3.23: Promotion of Networks
and Exchanges between the Countries of South Eastern Europe' project
website. This project is being implemented within
the framework of the Stability
Pact for South Eastern Europe, as part of the
Regional
Environmental Reconstruction Programme for South Eastern Europe. The beneficiary countries of the project are: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Serbia and Montenegro. There are currently three transboundary areas being addressed: The Neretva Delta, Skadar Lake, and West Stara Planina. This project is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. The first two phases ran from July 2000 to February 2004. A new, third, phase started in March 2004, and will run until December 2006.
