The project is implemented at regional and country/entity level in the following beneficiary countries/entities: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo (under UNSCR 1244), working directly with the ministries responsible for environmental law drafting. Ministry officials, legal experts and environmental law professionals from all the environmental ministries of the region are collaborating on the project and are its major beneficiaries.
