Specific Objectives
| Regional |
• To support regional cooperation on environmental law and to ensure a regional strategic approach to ongoing and upcoming legal drafting.
• To facilitate the transfer of experience from new member states to SEE countries.
• To boost the existing close coordination and cooperation with ongoing environmental law technical assistance projects in the region, and to ensure the dissemination of outputs.
• To transfer outputs and experiences from completed projects among SEE countries.

• To assist in the prioritisation of needs in SEE countries/entities and in the targeting of assistance for environmental law drafting.
• To provide targeted international legal expertise on particular environmental law drafting issues and to increase environmental administrative capacity in law drafting.
