RIVER BASIN COMMISSION
(the Sava Commission) is announcing following
VACANCY NOTICE for the following positions at the the Sava Commission
Secretariat:
- Deputy secretary for navigation;
- Deputy secretary for integrated river basin management
(RBM) and water planning;
- Deputy secretary for protection of waters and aquatic
eco-systems;
- Special advisor for legal and general affairs;
- Special advisor for economic and financial affairs;
- Advisor for technical issues of navigation;
- Advisor for navigation safety.
Eligibility:
Positions are open to citizens of country parties to the Framework Agreement
for the Sava River Basin: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia and
Serbia and Montenegro.
The seat of the Secretariat of the Sava Commission is
in Zagreb, Croatia.
Main responsibilities and qualifications:
All positions are subject to “Rules
of procedure of the Sava Commission”, “Staff
Regulations of the Secretariat to the Sava Commission”, “Main
Functions, Structure and Job Description” and other internal
legal documents adopted by the Sava Commission.
