The REC will provide pre-paid economy-rate airline tickets, after receiving the registration form, for delegates from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo (as defined by UNSCR 1244)
