The Logistics and Financial Arrangements
The REC Country Office will arrange pre-paid airline tickets
for participants from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
FYR Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo (under UN

from Croatia the costs of attending will be covered by
the European Commission. Delegates will receive pre-paid
economy rate airline tickets. Accommodation is arranged in
Istanbul by the organizers and will be paid by the EC
